Pre-Performance Activities
The benefit about our performances is that you get to experience so much more than just the play. This year, we have some amazing things for you to take part in and enjoy prior to the show starting. Below is just a taste of what we'll be offering!
~ Silent Witnesses Exhibit: The Silent Witness National Initiative began in 1990 and was started to bring awareness and promote an end to domestic violence. Their message is one of hope, help and healing for victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. The Silent Witness exhibit encompasses life-sized red wooden figures, each one bearing the name of a woman who once lived, worked, had neighbors, friends, family, children--whose life ended violently at the hands of a husband, ex-husband, partner, or acquaintance.
~ "The Hand" Pledge: Donate to purchase a hand. Write your name or your personal message on them to make them your own or donate them as part of our display. By choosing a hand, you are saying that your hand doesn't hurt others.
~ Raffle: Do some shopping prior to the performance and see the variety of items that we have for you! Raffle items vary from restaurant gift certificates to spa packages to pampering baskets and much, much more!
~ Sales: We'll have some serious goodies above and beyond the raffle such as red hot boas so that you can enjoy the show in style, chocolate vagina pops (yes, they're really chocolate vagina pops and they're delicious!), and much more!
